PID Self-Tuning Intelligent Temperature Control

Built-in AI adaptive algorithm automatically optimizes PID parameters according to the load in the furnace. The temperature control accuracy is improved to ±0.5℃, and the temperature field uniformity is ±2℃, far exceeding industry standards.

Multi-Dimensional Intelligent Alarm

Real-time alarm for abnormal conditions such as over-temperature, thermocouple break, over-current, leakage and door opening. Supports sound alarm + mobile APP push (optional), and automatically executes emergency cooling protection.
