Among them, the low-temperature muffle furnace (1000℃-1200℃) is suitable for conventional laboratory sample ashing, drying and low-temperature annealing of small parts; the medium and high-temperature model (1200℃-1600℃) can meet industrial needs such as ceramic green body sintering, metal quenching and tempering, and mineral roasting; the ultra-high-temperature model (1600℃-1800℃) is suitable for high-end scenarios such as special ceramic preparation and advanced material research and development, fully meeting the differentiated needs of different users.

High temperature resistance is the core competitiveness of muffle furnaces. Shanghai Guanding muffle furnaces strictly control the selection of furnace liner materials, and match suitable materials according to temperature levels to ensure the long-term stable operation of the equipment. Among them, models below 1200℃ adopt refractory ceramic fiber boards or refractory bricks as liners, which have the advantages of light weight, good heat preservation and moderate cost; models between 1400℃-1600℃ use alumina ceramic (corundum) liners, which have excellent high temperature resistance and thermal shock resistance, suitable for high-temperature processing in oxidizing atmosphere; ultra-high temperature models between 1700℃-1800℃ adopt mullite-corundum composite materials or zirconia ceramic liners, which have outstanding ultra-high temperature resistance and corrosion resistance, and can cope with harsh requirements under extreme high-temperature working conditions. At the same time, the heating elements of the equipment are matched with nickel-chromium alloy, iron-chromium-aluminum alloy, molybdenum disilicide rod and other materials according to the temperature level to ensure stable heat output and extend the service life of the equipment.

Heat preservation effect directly affects the temperature control accuracy and energy consumption efficiency of muffle furnaces. Shanghai Guanding muffle furnaces adopt a multi-layer gradient composite heat preservation structure. The inner layer is a high-temperature resistant fiber layer, which can effectively isolate core heat and resist high-temperature radiation; the middle layer is a heat insulation buffer layer, which blocks heat conduction and reduces heat loss; the outer layer is a low-temperature heat preservation + air insulation layer, which reduces the temperature of the furnace shell and balances overall heat dissipation. This multi-layer heat preservation design not only makes the temperature field in the furnace uniform, with a temperature control accuracy of ±1℃~±5℃, effectively avoiding the occurrence of "cold zones" and "hot spots", but also minimizes heat loss, improves energy utilization efficiency, and reduces the operating costs of enterprises and scientific research institutions. In addition, the furnace door adopts a thickened heat preservation design and fiber plugging sealing, and the furnace corners are provided with thickened heat preservation compensation to further optimize the heat preservation performance and ensure the stability and consistency of the high-temperature processing process.
