Advanced Structural Design

Adopting high-quality cold-rolled steel plate, processed by advanced CNC and imported oxygen powder electrostatic spraying technology, it is high-temperature resistant, corrosion resistant and does not fade for a long time. The furnace body is reasonably designed with a double-layer structure, low surface temperature and significant energy-saving effect.

Excellent Temperature Control Performance

The furnace temperature field is uniform, the surface temperature of the double-layer heat-resistant furnace body is close to room temperature, and the heating/holding/cooling rate can be adjusted arbitrarily; imported ultra-high temperature insulation materials are adopted, with good insulation performance and significant energy-saving effect.

Intelligent Control System

Microcomputer intelligent regulation technology, supporting PID regulation, automatic control and 50-segment program programming, which can accurately control the heating, holding and cooling processes. It has multiple safety protection functions such as over-temperature protection, thermocouple break protection and over-current protection.

Multi-Atmosphere Control

Various protective gases can be introduced according to requirements, such as nitrogen, argon, hydrogen, etc., and it can also be vacuumed to meet different process needs. The gas path system is reasonably designed with good sealing performance and precise flow control.

Safe and Reliable

Integrated modules realize multiple protections such as over-temperature, over-pressure, over-current and power failure, and the automation level reaches the advanced level of the industry. The furnace door is equipped with a safety interlock device to ensure operational safety.

Additional Configuration Options
