Special for conformal coating curing

Explosion oven

Explosion-proof equipment specially designed for conformal coating curing, featuring a wide temperature range control of 60-100℃ and a strong exhaust system. It has three core advantages: "overall explosion-proof, clean heating, and rapid discharge of combustible gases", providing a safe and efficient environment for conformal coating curing.

Integrated Explosion-Proof Design

The entire machine complies with explosion-proof standards. Internal electrical components and heating systems are all explosion-proof treated, effectively eliminating safety risks caused by flammable gases during conformal coating curing.

Wide-Temperature Clean Heating

Achieves precise temperature control of 60-100℃. The heating system is clean with no pollutant emissions, ensuring uniform curing of conformal coating and improving coating adhesion and protective performance.

High-Power Exhaust System

Equipped with a high-power exhaust device to quickly discharge flammable gases and volatile substances generated during curing, ensuring workplace safety and air quality.

Full Process of Conformal Coating Curing

After conformal coating (moisture-proof, mildew-proof, salt-fog-proof) application, curing at a specific temperature is required to form a protective layer. The explosion-proof curing oven ensures curing quality while eliminating flammable gas safety hazards through "temperature control + high-power exhaust + explosion protection".

Step 1: Loading After Coating

Place workpieces or electronic components with applied conformal coating into the curing oven, ensuring uniform material distribution for optimal heat and airflow transfer.

Step 2: 60-100℃ Curing

The curing oven heats up to the set temperature (60-100℃, selectable based on conformal coating type), and the high-power exhaust system starts simultaneously. Heating promotes cross-linking and curing of the conformal coating, while volatile flammable gases are discharged.

Step 3: Cooling & Unloading

After curing is completed, the oven cools down slowly, and the high-power exhaust continues to operate until the flammable gas concentration reaches a safe level. After cooling, components are removed, and the conformal coating forms a uniform, dense protective layer.
